為了進一步保障進口商、消費者、工廠以及環境的利益，科特迪瓦貿易促進局決定于2018年7月16日(以運輸單據日期為準)正式實行符合性認證(Verification Of Conformity)項目并刊登在當地報紙，以告知各大進口商及相關部門。
此項目實行期間出口以下管控產品至科特迪瓦境內，必須出具符合性證書(CoC)，才能順利清關
產品涉及：Food products
Electrical and electronic products or products of renewable energies
Cosmetics and hygiene products
Building materials
Packaging
Auto spare parts, auto accessories and lubricants
Machinery
Pressure equipment
Personal Protective Equipment
Other products linked to health, safety and environment
Textile
Footwear
Toys
基本認證流程如下：
Route A：適用于出運敏感性產品的所有出口商
Route B（產品注冊）：適用于定期出運非敏感性產品的出口商
Route C（產品許可）：適用于出運非敏感性產品的制造商、其授權經銷商或品牌所有者
注意：所有產品首次出運必須通過Route A出具證書(CoC)，以便清關。
